CANCELLATION POLICY
No kids or extra guest are allowed during your appointment. Unfortunately, I do not service kids under 16yrs of age. Cancellations require 48 hour notice to avoid incurring a fee. A 25% cancellation fee will be required for any cancellations after the 48 hour window. No shows will be banned from booking and charged 100% of the service fee. Please arrive to your appointment on time but no sooner than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. A 10 minute grace period is applied to those running late but after 10 minutes you risk your appointment being cancelled. Deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
